ABOUT ROCK A.L.S.
Founded by Dawn Renee of The Traveling Caregivers Ministries SSM, who first learned how to care for herself after suffering for years with critical health issues.
In the Winter of 2015, Dawn became a full time caregiver for a friend with Stage 4 ALS. Ann Gillis passed away 2-22-21 after struggling with Lou Gehrig's Disease for 10 years.
Today Dawn is a holistic lifestyle coach advocating for caregivers on a mission to help those who help others.
Rock ALS began with local Nashville songwriters entertaining the homeless at Room In The Inn back in 2016 as a way to bring awareness, support, encouragement and advocacy to those living with ALS. Rock ALS was founded with musical performances from Nashville local singer/songwriters who had experienced first hand the challenges of ALS.
Traveling Caregivers Ministries aims to help as many families and caregivers as possible through their efforts and the support of its donors and volunteers. Together we can Begin Again.
